The lakes at Bovey Castle Hotel are convenient if you are staying on Dartmoor. Hatchlands Fishery is more easily reached if you are located within the South Hams. Both these venues are open all year and they offer the opportunity to use your newly acquired skills to catch a trout. The rivers: Yealm Teign East and West Dart  Devonshire Avon  provide superb wild brown trout fishing for more experienced anglers.  In addition, Kennick and Fernworthy lakes offer fishing in spectacular settings and they are suitable for beginners as well more experienced anglers.
