Fly Fishing Devon is run by Geoff Stephens and Paul Kenyon who are qualified game angling coaches, experienced and enthusiastic teachers and anglers.
Geoff Stephens Geoff Stephens is Activities Manager at Bovey Castle Hotel on Dartmoor. He lives in Chagford half a mile from the river Teign and within easy distance of the lakes and streams used by him and Paul.

Geoff's favourite fishing is for brown trout on the wilds of Dartmoor. His most unusual catch is “a goldfish from a goldfish bowl on a dry fly”. Meet Geoff and he will tell you about it.

Paul Kenyon Until recently Paul was a Senior Lecturer in the University of Plymouth. He lives in Ivybridge which is about 10 miles east of Plymouth, on the edge of Dartmoor.

Paul now devotes more time than is reasonable to his lifelong love of all things associated with trout and rivers - particularly the River Avon in South Devon.

From time to time he expresses this fascination in words and pictures.

  • Insurance cover through the Angling Development Board (ADB) coach licensing scheme
