"Catch
and Cook" - two day safari based in Ashburton
This
safari gives you a taste of two of Dartmoor's
'jewels': Moorland rivers and Nick Coiley's Agaric
restaurant. As well
as stunning accomodation in the Coileys' restored Georgian townhouse
you can attend Nick's cookery demonstrations described as
'brilliant' by the BBC Olive magazine.
For the angler this safari offers the opportunity to fish on two
nearby Dartmoor rivers
for wild brown trout. In
the evenings you can relax over dinner or
try
your luck
for a sea trout on the nearby River Yealm.
All you
have to decide is who goes where each day.
